Everything on this site is derived from the documents below, and there is no reason you should have to take my word for any of it. These are the files themselves, exactly as they came off the archive drive — not re-saved, not cleaned up, not converted. If you want to check a sentence, a figure or a number against what I actually submitted, this is how.

Two things are deliberately not here. The 260-respondent survey data is human-subjects material gathered in 2002 under a consent framework that said nothing about publication, so it stays off the web until I have thought properly about that — the charts on the data page are drawn from it, and whether to release the file itself is an open question rather than a settled one. And the Baltic Environmental Forum's Natura 2000 assessment sits in my archive but is somebody else's work to publish.
